A trip down memory lane, finding your Lego collection in an old shoe box. Cocobolo is like time traveling in your attic. It’s playing outside in your own living room. Playful and intuitive. Music that sounds like the way children think: free, full of imagination, limitless. The band proves that instrumental music is captivating and just as catchy as a banging pop hit.
Inspired by artists like Menahan Street Band, Orions Belte, and Yussef Dayes, the three band members craft their own diorama on the album ‘Consider It Done’. A world where palm trees can grow perfectly fine on the North Pole and where surf rock, 60’s soul, and 90’s hip-hop can form the basis for Cocobolo’s modern vintage sound.
